The Teutsch Home!

The Teutsch family was so much FUN to work with! They called us in the middle of a new renovation doing their main floor for their home. They gutted out most of the main floor, including living and family room and a whole new kitchen and updated half bath.

We started in the foyer by giving it a brand new paint job and used the existing foyer table and just added a new mirror, plate, and table lamp.

In the "TV Room" everything is new!!  Love that they chose to take down some of their existing walls to make for an open floorplan and the columns make it look so nice. All upholstery in this room is Huntington House from Wayside. The mix of using fabric and leather gives it a classy but still casual look that works for both entertaining and family lifestyle. Area rug is a cut from a "shag" carpet (from Northport Flooring) makes the room feel warm. Tables and table lamp can from Marshalls. Wall clock they found at Francesca's while taking their daughter off to college!

Entertainment center is from Arhaus. Glass vases on the top of the entertainment center are from target and white twigs are from Arhaus. Keeping the top of the entertainment center clean and simple makes a larger impact in the room. Wrought iron wall art we found at Homegoods and floor lamp we found on SALE at Arhaus.

Accessories came from Arhaus, Homegoods, Marshalls, TJMaxx

In the "Piano" room all of the upholstery is Huntington House from Wayside except for the cocktail ottoman that is Smith Brothers from Wayside. We kept the same color scheme in this room so that they are able to change around the furniture from room to room as well as changing the area rugs.   We played with color in the smaller pieces like the table we found from Marshall as well as the fun teal pillows.

Artwork was found at the Arhaus warehouse outlet and pulls in the color perfectly!

The fireplace had a major facelift!!! The fireplace used to be a red brick with an oak out of date mantle. Now it looks AMAZING!!!

The teal vase came from Kirkland's and the fun "zebra" twigs from World Market and Pier1

Yellow pillows are from Marshalls and Target.

This cabinet is one of our favorite pieces in the room! It has so much style with the painted pattern in the back of the cabinet. It was a great find at Wayside. Wrapping and stacking up old books is a great way to reuse and easy accessorizing.

The rug pulls in some more fun in the space with its gray and cream animal print!! Custom made from Northport Flooring.

These flowers make a great piece of artwork for the backdrop for the sofa. Found at Arhaus! We also found an old army relic at Arhaus to store blankets and pillows while not in use!

The kitchen was the biggest change in the home done by Freedom Design. The cream cabinets with the coco glaze are to die for!!! And granite countertops and backsplash just make the room!!

This is the exsisting table they had from Arhaus and works great in the space!!

The wine rack was custom stained to match the cabinets. I think everyone should have a wine rack like this one!!! The seeded glass on the pantry door makes it feel open when in the walk-in pantry but still closed off when the doors closed.

Counter stools were found at the Frontgate Outlet in different colors to pull in from the living spaces!

Canisters  were found Homegoods to make coffee making and a little snack easy!

Wall chalk board made for easy notes to the family! Found at Homegoods.

Bathroom has new vanity, paint, lighting, and artwork done by their daughter!

This was by far one of our favorite homes to work on!!! Thanks to the Teutsch Family and We hope you enjoy your new spaces!!!
