Phase I

So in our Phase I of staging our goal is too de clutter, get rid or pack items up that aren't needed, clean off your counter tops. Next is to de personalize, you want to make sure that every buyer can see themselves living there, like they can move right in and feel at home. Next is re arrange furniture, having the ideal layout is so important in any room not just when your selling your home. The final step is to re accessorize, this may be moving items from room to room or buying a few new pieces that you can take with you to your new home!

Including Phase I Phase II goes just a few steps farther. Any home repairs should be done so that the buyer has no worries in purchasing your home. This may include fixing anything that squeaks or leaks, covering up nail holes. Next step is to paint! Whether this is just a coat of fresh paint, spicing up your walls, or choosing a paint color that appeals to most buyers. Last step is new furnishing, from chaning out knobs, lighting and even new furniture that may be for your new home.

Includes Phases I&II
Home Renovation
Kitchen & Bath
Flooring
Appliances
Phase III includes more money and more work but well worth the out come in the end. Replacing any old appliances and flooring not only updates your home but may add value as well. To add even more value an updated kitchen and bath or any other home renovation is always a great idea when selling your home
